When I get depressed about something, I don't usually deprive or indulge myself with food. It ends with me getting upset over something small. Then I realize that normally I wouldn't have reacted that way and I snap out of it. I am more of a habitual snacker. I don't pay attention to how much or what I'm eating but when I am bored, I snack. I am on a diet now tho so I am trying to break myself with that.
