Being her sister indirectly because I am her sisters twin sister I would know that her name is Julia but she is known mainly as Julie. I wouldn't doubt the two personalities idea though.
lynz is right. my given name is julia and when i first meet people that's what i tell people, but once i talk to them like twice they usually call me julie. but my mother has five children so as mike pointed out. i do respond to yo!
