ok you all clearly missed my idea - or maybe i didn't make it apparent enough you all love weezer I GET IT i was kind of thinking "local witness band" but it can be any band, i guess

Hamilton St was so long ago and the only bands I remember are, Guilderbell, Opheilia and the band that played the Jimmy Eat World song.
