One time...i was with my friend...who shall remain nameless, at a Vertical Horizon concert. and we left. his brand new mustang - on a 25 MPH road. We passed cars over the double yellow, right along the beach, windows open. He broke 100 MPH, then pulled over and stopped for a full TWO MINUTES and waited for a cop before we saw headlights about a mile back.
he got off with the line "this is my friend from england - they only have small, underpowered cars there, so I'm showing him mine. Can you let us go? We're done now."
He got off.
As the cop was leaving ... my friend said... "Sir, can i shake your hand?"
i can't believe i'm still alive, actually.
he should have made you prove that you have a british accent...but you don't
Now that's just stupid, but I've done similar things. It's more fun on a bike. Did I just say that?
