She should have called the cops but she said she was so scared that she just wanted to get away from him. If he's that crazy, trying to run him off the road in return is only going to make him crazier. But my mom took her to the state police the next day to file a report. The officer told her she could a)file a harassment charge which is only a $200 fine & she'd have to go to court b)file some kind of motor vehicle menace charge which would be big fines but he could countersue b/c she shouldn't have been in the lane if she wasn't passing anyone of c)since they had the license plate # he could call up the guy personally and instill the fear of God in him.
