I really do like my job, but a few things...

I hate that I'm a contractor and that my company won't just hire me as a full time employee.

I hate that my contracting agency is so cheap and hasn't even talked to me about giving me a raise even though they gave me an employee review. In the employee review I got near PERFECT marks. I guess I'm not understanding what the point of an employee review is...

I hate how when I have a good idea, some people try to steal the credit.

I hate how some people announce every little thing they do by sending out an email to the entire team. I'm not an information hoarder, but in general I just like to do my job and keep my mouth shut.

I hate that working full time sucks every ounce of creativity from my soul.

I hate that working full time makes time go by so much faster... i feel like life is passing me by.

Pretty much, I like my job but I dont like working full time.
