Haha I dont understand why anyone would spend all that money to look uglier than they used to. I mean wow. Its one thing if your some girl whos got like 46DDD bra and weighs about 120 pounds and is only 4'6 tall and you get a reduction so you dont have back spasms. But WOW These people are like "I wanna look like Jennifer Lopez so I am getting a sex change and am going to have fat taken from my tummy and inject it into my scalp. Then I am gonna take hormones and estrogen to be a woman. Haha I mean this dude got breast implants. Thats just wrong.
