hey i applied wit hthe rbc ages ago, but i wasnt an aux pioneer at the time. should i apply again and put that im an aux pioneer???????
it doesn't matter your status in the congregation (as long as you're in good standing). I've been on rbc for 6 years and I'm not a pioneer. Just talk to your elders, and ask them if they've had a chance to look over your application. If they haven't or lost it, then you can fill out another one.

it couldn't have been that long ago...didn't you just get baptized? give it some time. if you haven't heard anything after a few months, ask the brothers again. it won't hurt to show you're serious.
No... I am all thumbs when it comes to building work... I have worked in the kitchen in a build around here, which was great, but never took the plunge...
