OMG thats so sad, i'm glad they were able to save it!
my sister and i got into a fight in the car when we were younger, actually i was 13 she was 18. She was annoying me and wouldn't stop. I was sitting in the front seat & she in the back and i turned around and slapped her so she hit me back so i threw myself into the back seat and we're totally punching each other screaming all the while my dad's trying to drive and stop us at the same time. Needles to say daddy had to pull the car over and pull us out and was SO mad. We got into so much trouble.
That's not so bad. My older sister and I used to (and still do when around each other to long) get really nasty with each other. Right before she moved out it was the worst..we were just trying each others patience. Somehow we got in a physical fight in the middle of a meeting- like slapping and punching each other. That was real bad.
hahaha, That's real ghetto
OMG during the meeting?? WOW i thought we were bad
one time we got into an arguement at someone's door while doing service.....
My sister used to make me laugh during the meeting so my dad could reach around a pop me in the back of the head. Speaking of, have you ever had to hold your laughter during the prayer?
OMG yes, that is the hardest!
when we would have family dinners and my grmps was there he would always say prayer. Well he would pray in spanish and speak really low. he would take long pauses and my sisters/cousins and i would put our heads up and say amen loud thinking grampa was done and gramps would still be saying prayer. we would all be laughing so hard and getting into the worst trouble by our parents
Isnt' that the worse. The palms of my hands would really sweat. Then after the "amen" you try to avoid just bursting out laughing, so you release it slowly, like your simply joyful as a result of the meeting.
oh yeah it's terrible. sometimes i get really giggly when i'm super tired and sometimes it hits on theocratic night and by the last prayer i'm so wound and giggly
Trying not to laugh during a prayer is sooo hard! The first time (and last time!) I ever gave a prayer when I first got baptized everyone laughed at me. It was so scary. It was my little sister and all these unbaptized boys so first I had to put on a head covering (much laughter) and then after like two words of prayer my mind blanked and I couldn't think of any words at all..that was the end of that.
oh my gosh i remember my first head covering too.....such an experience huh?
It's very awful and I am still traumatized! thankfully all those losers finally got baptized so now I can laugh at them!!!!
head covering. hahah. nice
jew
Thai, you're killing me today! :P
I remember my friend had to say the prayer, he was soo nervous, he asked Jehovah to help the birds find their food
for my first "official" meeting in my new congregation in NJ, the brother giving the closing prayer said that we should take Jehovah's holy spirit and run with it. he said something else completely nuts in the prayer and i was having a hard time not busting up.
HAHAHAHA
one brother one time said "oh jehovah our lover" we lost it, even he lost it....that was one of the shortest prayers in our congregation EVER
Bryans prayers are the BEST... he always speeds thru the last sentence so you can't understand it... and one time he said "butt" in his prayer... i think it was "we are at the butt end of this system" but o man, i was laughing so hard durning that one...
hahah everyone was so confused. i loved it. i think my head shot up to look at him when he said it...i couldn't help it.
Wow! During a meeting, that's nuts!
During service is really bad too. wow.
