I wore mine to the bookstudy while on vacation. But everyone takes there shoes off before going inside anyway, so I was just barefoot.

the weird thing is that a sister in my new hall, she hurt her toe so she was wearing flipflops one day and her toe was all bandaged up, and then she was tellin us about the toe incident and she said somethin like "come on you know i wouldnt' wear flipflops to the hall!" and this one sister said "well i duno some people do"
i'm gonna see if i can get away with it in my hall....
my friend wore her uggs to meeting. ehr excuse.....its too cold in the hall. they never said anything to her
what woudl be the problems with uggs?? i don't get it. I never ever heard a shoe issue before, only like skirts and shirts that are too tight or too revealing. But SHOES??? i don't get it! haha
i don't see a problem, but you know how some are.
we had a "local needs" talk about a year ago about grooming in service & meetings, how even though we live in a "coastal" place we needn't dress as we're on the beach....
hmm interesting! heh i guess i just never thought that applied to shoes, i duno
how about sound? thats annoying to some people to hear some girls sweaty stinken feet ply off the bottom of some stupid flip flop. flip flop flip flop and of course the lady doesnt want to get noticed so SHE GOES FASTER. FLIPFLOPFLIPFLOPFLIPFLOP oh yeah that was real discreet going faster.

i wear my flip flops EVERY where! i had a couple parts on the meetings and i wore mine on stage... its SUMMER!! flip flops are a permanant part of life.
well i caved adn finally wore some to meeting yesterday and was totally complimented. YIPEEEE
i wear flip flops to the bookstudy sometimes and out in service but they are leather and dressier
i know dude like that, jesse from PA, he's got it BAAAD. we were at a formal and right after diner he goes "man, my shoes are uncomfortable" he gets up and i didn't exactly keep track of him, i thought he went to the bathroom. well, five minutes later he sits down and he's like "thats much better." i look down and he's wearing flip flops with a three peice suit.
