Super Mario Advance 2, 3 or 4. (they're Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island, and Super Mario 3, respectively. All great games)
Advance Wars 2 for strategy, or maybe Final Fantasy Tactics
Wario Ware MicroGames for wacky arcadey fun
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow or Harmony of Dissonance
RPG fun: The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past; Golden Sun (final fantasy style); Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Metroid Zero is great too
Doom 1 and 2 also
I've also heard good things about the Sonic games
yeah, I wanted to get a mario bros. game, but didn't want to get one I already played on another system.
you've already played those 3 mario games?
you might like Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. It's kinda like Paper Mario for the N64. It's like an RPG but mario style. Pretty simplistic and fun. I'm working my way through it now, and enjoying it a lot.
oh I thought you meant they were re-hashes of the old games for the super-nes and n64
yeah, they are. just ports. you've played them all?
i hadn't really played any of them (for more than 5 minutes at friends houses) until the GBA versions
ok, not sure about yoshi's island, but I def. played and beat super mario world for the SNES.
And Advance 4 is a re-hash of Super Mario 3 for the NES? kinda weird.
but I beat that too when it came out. I was obsessed. it didn't have a save game feature, so I had to leave my nintendo on over night, so I could wake up the next morning and keep trying.
