umm guys- why not just have a party...and call it "formal" so in esscence (def spelled wrong) its a FORMAL PARTY! where you dance eat and have a good ol time..... its been done before- i promise

you can't say that you never wanted a party like that. cuz you never really get one. like marriage showers are for 2. and baby showers are for 2. just sometimes you want one for you.
