I pop my supplements and I'm off. No coffee. I almost always swig out of the juice container before I run out the door. Never drink juice at my house, or you run the risk of making out with me--inside the juice container.

I DO love those starbucks frapps in a lil glass bottle, the vanilla ones are BOLD!
