You would LOVE the restaurant I work at. We have artichoke spinach dip served with flatbread, and we also have oven baked goat cheese with a tomato sauce, served with flatbread. Both appetizers ROC...

Hmm..this is a good question.

I'm sorry..I just hate goat cheese. I was allergic to milk when I was a baby and had to eat that kind of stuff a lot.

I still drink lactaid! But it's because regular milk tastes gross to me, not cuz i'm not tolerant of regular milk's lifestyle..
