you've got to be kidding? if someone did that to my family ESPECIALLY my mom, i would be SO on them!!! Write letters too so that they can investigate. did your mom talk to the dentist himself about the chick at the reception desk?
when she called the cops, the cop went to talk to them after he talked to my mom. They denied everything and changed their story. And my mom has no witnesses because the lady waited till after a patient left, and suddenly BLEW UP at my mom. Like, for no reason. My mom wanted to get her X-rays and to go to a different dentist because she didnt' feel comfortable there. So really she has no proof, except that she was quite shaken up when talkin to the cop... and you can't really fake that
