I'm gonna be taking pilates it looks like fun, good for keeping your energy up and shaping up. This includes a big ball and a floor work out.
i used to workout there until i realized i couldn't stand being in an all woman environment long enough to complete a session.
One girl who's father owns a Curves For Women Cuts For Men franchise, went to high school with me freshmen year.
They're popping up all over the place, guess the chain is doing well.
