I constantly get e-mails like that at the address I've had for like 7 years. If your address floats around for long enough, you're going to get junk like that. The most recent ones I've gotten were for a Hawaian vacation, a camcorder and a free plasma tv. If any of it worked, the company wouldn't just send random e-mails; people would be chasing them.

My only exception is...well, gmail, it's highly sought after, but you have to be contacted by someone who already has it, to get it.
