i used to love how my legs looked in the summer all black and longer each year as i grew up but now i'm noticing that they i'm getting scars from shaving them. it makes me soo mad. maybe its just ...

Ouch hunny! Try the mittens... they exfoliate dead skin and also take off the hair. Exfoliation= less noticable scars.
I would say wax but, that's different for everyone.
They have a new veet bladeless razor... Why do your legs get black? How is this possible? Olive yes black... hmmm.
