I'm allergic to milk too. It sucks. We can't have ice cream! Not even on a hot day when all you want is some vanilla with sprinkles... :(

well... see the difference is that i LOVE dairy, so much so that i will eat it... see my thing is like a glass... i can have a little dairy, but if i fill it up too much (eat too much of it) it ove...

ughhh that stinks tina. well if it's any consolation i'm supposed to go off dairy too because its bad for my sinuses. i've been having constant headaches

yea, it has SO much mucus in it... but you know whats a good alternative? and dont think "ew gross" Goat's milk... its actually really good!

i like "silk" soymilk better. it's nice. with some low-fat snackwells. hmmm.

that's all my older sister drinks. not good
