hmmm... how about you create a vacumm in the toliet... and when he goes to sit down to pee (obviously he would, becuase he is a little girl) he would be sucked down into the sewers to be eaten by the alligators that live down there.

easy... just suck all the air OUT of the toliet bowl. you may want to reinforce the ceramic as well... just to be on the safe side.
