South Beach diet .. sucks if you don't eat enough fiber.. feels bad in the tummy.. but if you eat enough fiber it shoudl be all good? no?
YES! Thats absolutely correct. The first time I was EVER constipated in my life was on THIS diet. S'terrible. I like the diet though.
hahaha yeah Atkins has that problem... it's ... not fun. But extra fiber helps..
