I think even for winNT systems this is an additional support resource not installed with base install, haven't seen it on XP, win2k, or win2k Adv Server

So yeah, winXP has shutdown, didn't know that! I reboot my system everday afterwork manually anyway
Win2k doesn't though, I'm currently having this situation here at work because I need to sceduale a restart one time when im not here
