I think we all need to realize, that at the very least this is most definitely a sign of the times. Matthew 24 and all. Whether this is the beginning of something greater is still to be seen, but I just kept thinking of this as a "pang of distress".

I hope that this is the beginning of the Great Tribulation, but I KNOW that it is at the very least confirmation of our belief that we are living in the time of the end.

We all feel horrible at the loss of life and the many other repercussions that may have yet to be felt, but we should also be faith-strengthened at this event and remember that this is the kind of thing that we should expect. And in that respect, we can find some comfort in knowing that the end is growing ever closer.
