A pound and a half is good in one week! esp if you aren't heavy to begin with. It would be bad to lose too much all at once. As a really lowfat snack, you really should try these bbq soy chips they have at shoprite. i thought they would be like ricecakes at first, but really, they are the best chips i've ever eaten and they are good for you-lots of protein & calcium.
i LOVE those!!!!!! my mom gets them all the time!! (also, NAKED chips are AWESOME! I think some guy named stacy makes them. look for them at shoprite. the original kind. SOOO good)
Skinny Chips are fairly good as well
