I dunno, I think they just have a huge infrastructure, and it's just being a little unwieldy for them to maintain. I have heard this is common for MMORPGs tho, especially within the first few months, and that WoW is actually doing much better than many other games did at first.

All I know is that I'm happy Stormreaver finally got a complete upgrade, and they're reimbursing us for that day.

The lag better be much better! haha
