i don't think potatoes will help you get ripped. i would have heard of that diet by now if it worked.

Dude, it's the tytatoe diet. Eat one potatoe a day for a year, work out and drink lots of LEAN BODY SHAKES. You'll be ripped in no time. Oh and a tuna sandwhich every day at 3
