If you drink the pau d'arco tea, which kills yeast, you have to drink A LOT of water with a little lemon in it to clean out your body. Otherwise, you will kill yeast but toxins will build up in your body and you will stay sick. But just the tea will take too long to kill the yeast-you need to take caprillyic acid (can find in healthfood stores) and acidofilous to block yeast regrowth. Also, if you have Candida it means your immune system is down and you need to take vitamins and herbs to build it back up Licorice, garlic (which is also antifungal), olive leaf extract and blackwalnut help that. you can also find those as teas or supplements at shoprite or a healthfood store. It sounds like a lot of food restrictions, but you can find a lot of recipes for certain breads and a bunch of other stuff that you CAN have.
