Me and Lar were talking about this the other day... End game supposedly Mages > Palys... and Hunters as well...
but... ill be the first one to say it... i dunno how thats true... i mean im powerful... DPS is higher then hunters def, and overtime more than palys... sooo... i dont get it, unless im not specced right... how is this gonna work?
you think palys are great?
they are so nerfed, lot of people stopped playing them
I dunno, me and lar together > pretty much any other 2 we fight... unless its a high level player like a preist or soemthing i mean, he tanks and i rock from far away... i mean questing together we can take on most elites we run into.
mages very strong, fire build is strongest right now, ig uess since they did a nerf on frost?
just from what i hear about pally, they got great armor, healing, but can't generate threat or deliver high dmg so what good is that
no problem for a small group, but for a raid, kinda beat
all in all, i think, who cares, is it like that much of a difference between classes ?
but it does seem like itd be better if classes had greatly more distinguishing weakness and strengths
from what i understand, frost is more defense where as fire is mostly offense, im going for a arc/fire build around 21 points in arc 14 in fire. End game i might go more Fire than Arc, not sure yet.
Larry can crit for over 1000 dmg... i think my hightest was like 800 or something on a Fireblast, which im specced all the way for... soo... i dunno... i dont see how i can own pallys with that kinda damage...
My armor is for crap... nothing high lvl.... Where is tai? he would know all abou this with his 50 billion high lvl chars....
Larry critted for over 2000 last night in Zul'Farrak, i think. insane
see... i dont GET it... i think he would destroy me if he got inside... id have to keep him sheeped or frozen the whole time, lol
woah i wanted to do the arc/fire build too...
yeah its alot of fun... i just wish i had some of the frost defenses, thats all.
fire for pve, ice for pvp...
mages pretty much can own anyone if you know what you're doing..
and yea sheep larry.. get him with a huge pyroblast... make him use all mana.. ice nova him.. etc..
