Have you guys seen this review?

I've seen a lot of reviews. All very good, and if I wasn't so invested in playing WoW I would have gotten Guild Wars. But WoW ends up being a social thing too, it's nice to join a game that a lot of people you know are already playing.
About the 15 bucks a month everyone is sad about... It's a little insurance, and it's a little bit of cash for the patches, updates, and new content. I can justify that cost. I'm assured that if there is a problem it will be addressed. I'm assured that the other players won't start coming up with hacks that will infringe on regular gameplay. That if there's a server down there are people to work on it. 24-7 support, its kind of worth it to me.
yea 15 is nothing..
I figure if I stay home one night because i'm playing wow..
it's saved me at least 60-150 bucks from going out and partying
So .. 15 too me is like 2 drinks.. who cares
HAHAHAHA sadly this is very true
I got two beers the other night it was the cost of my hamburger and friends, what the
I have a friend who can't play Guild Wars with Verizon DSL, because they renew DHCP's so often (or something like that). Most online services renew every couple days. Verizon: every 15 minutes. My friend tells me he's not the only one, but that many complaints can be found about this little problem through google.
Just a little heads up for any verizon users.
Don & I have Verizon DSL, but the router that I use for my wireless network card updates automatically (US Robotics) Don has another brand card/router that he constantly has to update. It annoys him quite a bit, but I'm not ceding my network card!
Brandon is having ALOT of issues with connectivity and his WoW... hes running DSL. DSL IS BAAAAAD!!! im glad i finally can get cable... few
Can you believe they don't offer cable where we live? It's madness! Especially because like 4 different companies said they could give it to us over the phone, then when someone actually came to our house to check connectivity, they said it was impossible. Whatever. DSL works. We've decided not to WOW anyway. :(
i am resisting all my PA jokes... just so you know...
awww no wow? ur no fun!
The price isn't worth it to us. We'd rather go out to dinner than spend $30/month on a game subscription.
true true... but it would help my case ALOT if you started playing di... cmon... take one for the team... mango started playing... one more woman would help the men out ALOT
I'll pimp any free RPG to you... I told Katie all about Morrowind and how cool it is, and Don and I play racing games together all the time, and we beat Lego Star Wars together in a few hours... if you pay our subscription, we'll play.
lol yeah... i think shes into pong and tetris... and i cant even touch her in those games... she owns me. Im trying to get her into WoW... i even suggested ians idea of making her a hunter and having a little cat named Owen... but she gave me a look and said NO, lol.
I gotta start bribing her with backrubs....
lol oh man desperation
yeah, lol that and maybe taking out the garbage more often or something... ugg
C'mon, man, pick something there's a remote possibility of you actually following through with.
yeah true.... hmmm ill get her a kitten, lol
ill just start playing pong with her more or something.
lol thats hilarious
There ya go! Ease her into it.
Yeah this is a pretty true assesment. The only thing he doesn't mention or know probably is that your single player PvP can get more powerful from your RPG character. Weapons and secrets are unlocked. But yeah it is a LOT of action, like pretty much all action and now that i'm a higher level i have to play with others and it gets fun...
