Yes, EquipCompare does it at all times. Personally, I like it, but it could be annoying if you don't want to see it all the time.

just had an idea of my own! It'd be nice to see how soon my Energy will renew. (I think it's something like 25 energy every 2 seconds.) If there were a bar like the one used when you are making something/enchanting something...that'd be cool.

i think you can look through your Key Bindings, and you'll see settings for the other bars there
