yeah why is that...i do remember learning that the days were named for the gods...Wednesday being for Mercury.

yeah, Monday is from "Moon-day", Wednesday is from "Wodin/Odin's day" Thursday is from "Thor's day" (all Norse/Viking gods) , Saturday is "Saturn's Day" (Roman god), and Sunday is self-explanatory. Can't remember the others off hand.

HAHAHAHAHA. For a minute there I was like... Sunday is self explanatory? ANd stared at it for a while, and then got it, slapped myself in the forehead, and then removed the jelly from my peanut butter and jelly sandwich off my forehead.
