When a person is doing something new and instead of just doing it they need to make a big tadooo/ huge splash instead of just doing it. Really, it's as though they are the only person in the universe doing something worthwhile with their time. Initial excitement is certainly warranted but, they keep blowing a horn ahead of themselves like "look at me I'm doing this great thing!!!!" NOT HUMBLE
