Greetings Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the World of Warcraft account you are using. We apologize for any confusion regarding the previous email. The actions detailed above have been deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft by the In-Game Support staff of Blizzard Entertainment. For further information, please view the World of Warcraft Policies and Terms of Use Agreement: (http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowgm/?id=agm01712p) and ().
Receiving a warning is nothing more than an education in policy for minor issues and a tool our in-game support team uses to track player behavior. While it is not a good idea to ignore a warning and continue the inappropriate action(s), warnings on an account have very few, if any, long-term repercussions. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reduce or reverse the account action previously issued.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope this has resolved any concerns you may have had. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance to you.
Thank you for your time and patience in this matter.

Hacilus

To whom it may concern,
I am somewhat confused as to why I recieved this warning. I do remember
grouping with Praul who actually left our UBRS raid group towards the end
becuase of some differences with leadership. But I do not remember saying
anything referring to "gay" or myself being "gay". He did /w me and insult
me and accuse me of breaking up his group, to which i replied, "I dont know
what you are talking about". But that was the extent of the conversation
because he set me on ignore.
How do you verify that he is being truthful when he opens a ticket with a
GM? If this warning is just that... a warning, then I am fine with that. But
I would like to make sure it is very clear that I did not saying anything to
this effect in party chat last night.
