This is just fyi information- ha I know that alot of your Billion money making companys have it as part of their book procedure that You need a degree to hold certain positions in the company, even if you are smarter and can do the job better than someone with a degree. & it's stupid becuase its just a book procedure but they HAVE to follow it. They get audited for stuff like that.
