No confirmation yet on the severity of the blaze, but if you're driving, stay clear of the Criterion Building on 45th and Madison. (goes off the air)
Catherine (co-anchor) - When did that come in?
Bill - Just now. Do you have any floss, I've got a popcorn kernel or something....
Catherine - Bill, our building is on fire.
Bill - Oh, you're right. Ok, there's no need to panic. We should probably warn the others and we'll probably have to evacuate the building.
(Catherine slaps Bill across the face)
Catherine - Get a hold of yourself!
Bill - What was that for? I'm perfectly calm.
Catherine - I believe in preventative medicine.
Bill - Hey! You knocked the popcorn loose.
