if you like Weezer, or Green Day, then you will like The Living End, cool punkish band from australia
I like some of the old Weezer, but I don't like Green Day much. I don't know if I'd compare them to Weezer. They do have a Green Day kinda sound, though. Just more rockabilly. I think it's the accent.
Some how I like them more than Green Day. They are pretty cool in short order, with a style that is similar, but not the same, to other bands. What I'm trying to say is they remain unique. I have to admit, I don't think they are fun to listen to over and over and over again.

yes. the living end is great. their new album i believe is only out in australia, but i might be acquiring it. so i can put it on the ftp if i do. ill keep you posted.
they came out in like early 90s right? i always like the word they use to describe them-punkabilly. i haven't heard too many songs of theirs. i like punk, but i'm not that into it anymore. Prisoner of Society was like one of my theme songs in high school. good recommendation.
punkabilly is a perfect one word description of the living end, not to mention a fun wod in general
