well its boring running on a treadmill for liek a halfhour... sooo if i was listening to a book it would be kinda cool

Your treadmills don't have little tv's? That's my favorite part about working out.

i cant really watch anything when im running, ill fall off and then look like an idiot.

I'd think listening to a book would be more distracting than watching tv, but that's just me.
