I would give the "2 different perspectives" on this post, but since one of the perspectives was already stated a couple times, I'll just offer a job possibility. I don't know what the requirements...

Ehh, I've dealt with claims examiners in the past, and all of them seemed miserable in their jobs. That's not really a happy "people" job - it's dealing with attorneys and sick people and doctors.
