Reminds me of my favourite salad... at Milestones...

CALIFORNIA SPRING SALAD
Crumbled goat cheese, fresh strawberries, thinly sliced red onions, spicy-glazed pecans

So, good!

Spinach leaves (fresh), sliced strawberries, candied walnuts, crumbled bleu cheese, and anything like a raspberry vinagrette or a poppyseed dressing, and sometimes I add some chopped onions.
