I worked for a women for 5 years and decided I needed to waitress on the weekend in addition to working for her - two COMPLETELY unrelated businesses with COMPLETELY unrelated schedules; she pretty much wouldn't talk to me for a month and told me that she took that as a personal offense.

Truthfully - you quit and that is the end of it. Two weeks or not unless you have some law-binding contract you are free to leave when you'd like. Customairly 2 weeks notice is normal but 10 days is just as well if you work on the weekends.
