Do they have Whole Foods out where you are? They usually have realy fresh stuff.

do i buy the roasted peppers in a jar or do i have to roast them myself?

You can buy them in a jar. The yellow and orange peppers are sweeter and better (in my opinion) than the roasted red peppers.

I just make sure to buy something imported from Italy or Greece or Spain. They have the best olive oil for packing, therefore have the best peppers.
