is there a way to insert pdf pages into a powerpoint presentation?

doesn't help because I need to insert a 388 page pdf as an appendix to the presentation. thanks for trying!
What if you convert the pdf to a bitmap or some other graphic file?
that wouldn't paginate the files. i'm going to try to scan in through the xerox.
