If anyone can figure out how to reset the TV channels on a Nordictrack 9600 treadmill I'll fed ex you pastries. Seriously.

Ok, ok when I saw your note last night I emailed... and I guess the Canadian customer service is less busy cuz I got a response overnight... this is what I got... Good morning, We are unable ...

This is the treadmill:

It's listed as "3000" on the site, but "9600" is written on it. I don't think I can get anything more specific than that - I already got a crooked look from the gym owner when I told them about the channels changing.

Yeah, they have both that one and the other one I posted. But they both have the same number written on them "Nordictrack 9600". I don't understand that. Thank you!
