It comes out May 2007. There are 3 villians in it. Sandman, Venom, and the return of the Green Goblin.

The Sandman is played by Thomas Hayden Church. The villian basically turns into sand.
Yes that is who Venom is. Spiderman is infected by the symbiont, then Grace is infected, becoming the classic character.
