I don't know this person, but it is sad. It shows us how precious life is and how even someone who is young can have their life taken from them by a horrible disease. I guess as a parent it hits home to me, because either one of my kids could come down with something and I could lose them temporarily. Having the hope of the resurrection certainly helps, but to see a person go through pain like that and lose their battle, is still heart wrenching.
