Did you take it more than once???
I think I might have rushed the first time ('cause I had like 5 seconds lol) but; I took the test over and actually pronounced the words aloud* to make sure I wasn't just assuming that I say them correctly.
I know I have an accent but, I don't think it's the one the test says...

A few of my friends tell me that I pronounce call as cawl or coffee as cawfee. I think if any accent, I have more the Long Island-ish accent. This gave me a good laugh :D

*yes it was 1 of my dorkier moments :-P
