This is so messed up. We've got a client who has a cognitive impairment. I'm going through the asset info his brother gave me to figure out a settlement, and a couple months before the couple separated, his then wife sold like $200,000 worth of his inherited assets. How could someone do that to another person who didn't know any better? No natural affection.
