She's getting better every day. Still in her cast which she is getting very sick of. But, she's better off with it because her leg is still in a lot of pain. Comes and goes, though. She's sleeping ...
You could roast some veggies for your lady; it's super easy: Slice eggplant, squash, carrots and any other veggies she likes, put them on a cookie sheet, toss with olive oil and a little thyme (either crushed in your hand or chopped if fresh) and roast at 450 for about 45 minutes, or until tender. You can puree the leftovers with a little lettuce and a garlic clove for a super healthy soup. You can do it, E!
