"Buyer: Didn't combine shipping. Charged me $3.95 times 3. Cost him $1.11. Doesn't comm.
Reply by Seller: BOO HOO, BOO HOO, BOO HOO, request an invoice next time."

It's always good business to "boo hoo" at your customer. lol
