yea, that is my go-to dessert because it's super easy..that and berry cobbler, both really good & really easy. the pumpkin pie is just 2 eggs, 15 oz container ricotta, 1 can pumpkin, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2/3 cup sugar.
